Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a Kova supplement, you agree to be charged the subscription price shown at checkout today and then automatically on each delivery date until you cancel. Kova subscriptions are delivered every month.
What you pay
- Subscribe & save: the subscription price shown on the product page, charged each month.
- Founding member: for the first 500 subscribers to Kova Daily Creatine + Brainberry®, $42 a month, locked for as long as the subscription stays active. If you cancel, the founding rate ends and cannot be restored.
- Shipping: free on every subscription order, including renewals.
If a subscription price ever changes (other than a locked founding rate), we will email you before your next charge, and you can cancel before it applies.
Skip, pause or change your subscription
Log in to your account at any time to skip a delivery, pause, change your delivery date or update your payment method and address. Changes made before your next charge date apply to that order.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, with no fees and no minimum number of orders. Log in to your account and choose Cancel subscription, or contact us and we will cancel it for you. Cancel before your next charge date to avoid being billed for the next delivery. Orders that have already been charged will still ship.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will email you and retry the charge. If it still cannot be completed, the subscription is paused until you update your payment details.
